Common questions

Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. The App uses a delivery customization Function and works on every Shopify plan.

Do I need to edit my theme?
No. Rules apply at Shopify checkout after you save or click Sync to checkout.

A shipping method did not hide.
Check that the method title or handle matches the rule, that the rule is enabled, and that every AND condition is true for that cart. Shipping method price from/to filters the rate price, not the cart total — leave them blank unless you want that extra filter. FREE rates are $0. By default the cheapest visible method is kept.

How does billing work?
Production stores use Shopify Managed Pricing from the in-app Plan page. Development stores have full access at no charge.

How do I remove my data?
Uninstalling the App deletes that shop’s rules, settings, and sessions. See the privacy policy.

Merchants sign in with their shop domain on the app home page. We never ask for your Shopify password.
